Unload a drum in under five minutes with the FDA compliant Graco SaniForce drum unloader. The enclosed design for chemical washdown is ideal for sanitary process environments where hygiene is key and the inflatable seal protects your product and process from exposure to air borne particulates.

The Drum Unloader from Graco is available with either ball check or priming piston.

When should you use AODD drum unloader?

  • When the viscosity is between 35,000 and 100,000 cps
  • When large particles, such as diced tomatoes need to be transferred
  • When high flow rates are required, greater than 50 liters per minute
  • When the material needs to be protected from the atmosphere

When should you use a piston pump drum unloader?

  • When the viscosity is between 35,000 and 500,000 cps
  • When material needs to be pumped for distances greater than 10 meters, has many elbows or has a small diameter line that causes to much pressure drop
  • When the material needs to be protected from the atmosphere
  • Use a priming piston when viscosity exceeds 250,000
