Anderson-Negele Level

Designed for accuracy, Anderson-Negele Level transmitters repeatedly monitor the liquid height in a variety of vessels.
 

Our Anderson-Negele Level Selection Includes:

SL Inventory Grade Hydrostatic Level Transmitter: The newly enhanced Anderson-Negele SL transmitter line is designed for maximum reliability and performance in sanitary process and storage tanks. Now available with HART protocol, the SL provides level solutions for a wide variety of inventory applications.
 
HB Control Grade Hydrostatic Level Transmitter: The HB “mini” sensor has been specifically designed for use in simple level control applications such as balance tanks and CIP vessels. This product is made to stand up to direct wash-downs and wide variations in temperature ranges.
 
TDL DP Level Transmitter for Pressure /Vacuum Vessels: A fully electronic, differential pressure/level measurement system. It is designed to monitor levels in pressurized storage tanks, vacuum vessels, and surge tanks.
 
LD “Top Mount/Dipstick” Level Transmitter: Based on our SL “Driftless” Transmitter, this top mount variation easily replaces problematic devices such as ball floats, pneumatics, capacitance probes, and magneto-strictive sensors.
 
NSL-F Continuous Level Sensor: The NSL-F is the new generation of potentiometric technology. In addition to all of the benefits of the original LN (which it replaced in 2017), the NSL-F offers an optional display, and does not require tuning to process media but offers advanced configuration through a PC interface or the display. The NSL-F can also be repaired in Anderson's facility and is offered in custom factory bent configurations. The NSL-F also can be ordered with an insulated tip which allows anchoring of the rod to a tank bottom for applications with heavy agitation.

The NSL-F Potentiometric Level Transmitter provides accurate reliable measurement in applications involving viscous media or foam. While Anderson-Negele’s hydrostatic level technology provides proven accuracy and reliability in atmospheric inventory tanks, applications such as filler bowls and other shallow vessels, pressurized tanks and environments with wide temperature swings can prove challenging for pressure based level systems. Utilizing potentiometric technology, the NSL-F excels in these traditionally challanging applications. Fast reacting, the NSL-F samples interior level at ten times per second allowing accurate readings while filling or dispensing product.

The stainless steel enclosure is also built to withstand the rigors of harsh environments. Resistance to vibration and moisture from wash downs is handled with expected Anderson rugged construction. The water tight and reliable quick disconnects round out this dependable design. As with all Anderson-Negele level transmitters, the NSL-F is third party verified to 3-A standards and is backed by a one-year warranty.
 
GG-Pulse 100-Single Channel Level Monitor: The Pulse 100 microprocessor-based monitor is designed for those customers wishing to monitor liquid levels in a single vessel.
 
LT Multi Channel Level Monitor: The Liqui-Track 800 can be ordered with one or two input modules to accommodate four or eight tanks and multiple output options. Available communications protocols include: Ethernet, DH-485, and RS232 standard.
 
LS Capacitive Point Level Switch: The LS provides level verification for a variety of challenging sanitary applications. Available in lengths from ½ to 10 inches, the LS is designed for both tank level detection and pipeline product monitoring. Suitable for a wide range of fluids, the LS also detects minimally conductive and viscous or foamy media. Standard PNP or optional NPN transistorized output, the LS easily wires directly to a PLC and is available with a LED for local level indication.
 
LB/LL Conductive Point Level Sensors and Modules: The LB provides up to four independent level points with probe lengths to 72 inches. Paired with the “LL” switching module, the point level system allows choices of normally open or closed contacts and accommodates a broad variety of conductive media.
 
SX Pharmaceutical Series Hydrostatic Level Transmitter: The Anderson-Negele Pharmaceutical Electronic Level Transmitter (SX) is designed to measure static head pressure in sanitary process and storage tanks.
 
LA Pharmaceutical Series “Top Mount” Level Transmitter: Based on our SX “Driftless” Transmitter, this top mount variation easily replaces problematic devices such as ball floats, pneumatics, capacitance probes, and magneto-strictive sensors.
 
NCS31P Pharmaceutical Series Capacitive Point Level Switch: The NCS31P is designed to work with virtually every liquid media in the life sciences market. Based on the capacitive principle, the NCS31P is independent of conductivity and performs excellently in media such as WFI. As with all Anderson-Negele Pharmaceutical Series Products, the NCS31P was designed in accordance with the latest ASME-BPE standard. Due to the low sensor profile, the NCS31P can be used in small line sizes without sacrificing dead leg length.

L3 Pressure & Level Transmitter: The Anderson-Negele L3 Pressure and Level Transmitter has been designed to measure process pressure or hydrostatic level in sanitary process applications. The state-of-the-art temperature compensation reduces errors associated with process temperature changes with improved zero stability reduces sensor interaction. The graphical user interface makes set-up and programming easy by directly aligning to the HARTTM DD menu structure. The field repairable and reconfigurable design allows the user to change the display orientation, add a remote cable, or replace a component in the field without impact to accuracy.
