Rachel Childers started with the Rodem engineering department in January 2018 as a Project Engineer concentrating on process design. Rachel graduated from the University of Michigan with a BSE in Chemical Engineering. Her prior work experience includes roles at Proctor and Gamble and General Mills, which gave her exposure to the world of sanitary manufacturing.

Rachel’s experience gives her an advantage with customers as she understands the challenges of creating processes that effectively and efficiently meet the client’s goals while adhering to the high standards of the sanitary industry to maintain product integrity and consumer safety. Her enthusiasm for learning new things every day to utilize and advance her skills combined with her personable and energetic personality make her a valuable asset to the Rodem team!

Outside of the office she enjoys working out, traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends.
