Project Engineer, Noah Cave, is a Cincinnati native with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Ohio State University. In his position with Rodem, Noah develops designs, scopes of work, and cost estimates for project work. He also travels to project sites to meet with clients for scope definition and/or startup assistance.  He enjoys that in this role, he is able to learn new skills and concepts, develop relationships with new clients and coworkers, and to turn design concepts into reality.

When he’s not working to make a positive impact on the world by designing and implementing safe sanitary processes for the food and beverage industries, Noah has a variety of interests and hobbies. In his free time, he enjoys writing, performing, and recording music.  He even plays guitar, bass guitar, and sings in a band with his father and three other musicians. Noah hopes to one day see all the major national parks in the United States.
