A Brookville Indiana native and resident Andy Oglesby came to Rodem in 2023 with over 20 years of experience in industrial maintenance.  As our fabrication shop manager Andy plays a vital role in skid construction and fabrication in our Harrison location.  Andy loves overseeing his shop team and encouraging each employee to improve and share their own experiences and successes with the team.

Outside of Rodem Andy is a huge Bengals fan and loves classic cars and trucks.  Andy is married to his wife Janell, and they have three children, Nicole, Hunter, and Noah.  Recently, Andy and his grandson Tristan restored a 1962 boat and now enjoy taking it fishing on Brookville Lake.
