Russ Smith joined Rodem in early 2024 as an account manager for Pennsylvania and North East  Ohio. With over 35 years of industrial sales experience, he is well-versed in many disciplines including fluid power, compressed air systems, heat exchangers, energy recovery, piping, power transmission, steam, and pumps. He has extensive experience in technical sales, as well as project and sales management, at both the distributor and manufacturer levels.

Russ holds a Mechanical Engineering Technology degree from Youngstown State University. He resides in a historic home in Mercer PA, along with his wife Stephanie; and has two daughters and two grandchildren.

Outside of work Russ enjoys golf, music, car shows, community events, and spending time with his family.
