CIP System Maintenance

Rodem is delighted to announce that we have hired several technicians with significant experience in servicing a variety of CIP systems within our served area. We believe this service can maintain a safe environment around the CIP and Chemical Supply systems in your facility. Our technicians are fully trained and understand the potential hazards of handling chemicals in a food processing environment.

We have also expanded our service offering into plant service for process valves and pumps in addition to CIP Systems. With a major distributor like Rodem standing behind this service you are guaranteed prompt, cost effective service to keep your facility at top performance.

Instrumentation and Calibration: We also offer service of your instruments. Specialties include Anderson Level, Pressure, Temperature and recorder controllers. We are expanding our service in calibration of conductivity and pH instrumentation for chemical concentration confirmation and verification of all process and CIP meters.

Process Valve and Pump Service: On shutdown service or regular maintenance Rodem can supplement your maintenance department by providing expert service on a wide variety of utility and process valves. Ball, Butterfly, Angled Seat and of course Stem and Mixproof stem valves can be maintained by our factory trained staff. In addition we sell and service a wide variety of chemical supply pumps including Allenair, Wilden, Warren Rupp and Yamato.

PD Pump Service: In addition to offering Complete Factory reconditioning services on Alfa Laval, Waukesha and Wright pumps, we are expanding our capabilities to completely recondition your process positive displacement pumps. Through controlled milling of your existing pump casing, and installation of oversized rotors, we can return most PD pumps back to their original performance capabilities, saving you time and reducing your costs.

CIP Service: Rodem will visit your facility, evaluate your CIP system, inventory the components and prepare a quotation to do scheduled maintenance on your CIP systems, valves and pumps . You schedule the time and we come in with all the necessary tools and parts to service your equipment.

CIP Performance Check: With the use of our certified meter we can also perform a performance check on your CIP system.  We can tie our meter into virtually any CIP system and give you an accurate reading of your CIP flow to determine if optimal cleaning is occurring through proper flow rates. We can also evaluate heat exchanger efficiency and lost time due to undersized heat exchangers.
