Start-Up Service

In today's rapidly changing world, keeping up with technology is a challenge.  Rodem has technicians available to assist your start-up with any of the products we sell.  We believe that the smooth start-up of a component or system sets the stage for the customer's happiness, long term, with their purchase.

Maintenance Support

Rodem also offers plant support during shutdown or heavy maintenance schedules. Typical examples are: valve manifold rebuilding, checking pump wear and performance, and review homogenizer status. This can all be done in conjunction with piping modifications and controls updating.  Rodem can perform wet tank calibrations with a special meter based calibration skid. We also support maintenance and have troubleshooting capabilities for Anderson instruments, Accurate Meters and Allen Bradley Controls. So, whether it is an emergency breakdown or scheduled maintenance Rodem has the resources to respond to your processing needs.
