I would like to make you aware of the experience I had while working with the Rodem crew headed by Mark Barnett.  Mark was in charge of the crew for the installation of our line 65. As the plant hygienist, my job is to validate the piping, cleaning, and sanitization recipes prior to starting the line. I would like to make you aware that Mark and his crew was very polite, professional, and a pleasure to work with on this project. Mark and his crew took care of everything that needed attention in a swift and expert manner. It allowed for a quick and uneventful installation. I realize people are quick to send the complaining e-mails, but I felt that my experience with Mark and his crew warranted an e-mail to let you know how much I appreciated the hard work and effort that was put into this project by Mark and his men.

The following is a letter that our Mark Barnett received from Maureen Jolley regarding the recent Sanitary Feed Pump Project at Kao Brands.

Mark,
I wanted to send a note saying how much I appreciated all the work that Steve Maham, Rick Nordmeyer and you contributed to make the Sanitary Feed Pump Project so successful.  Steve, Rick and you went out of your way to help me with this project, including coming in on Sunday to help me put the piping back together after passivation, which is something that was out of the scope of the job.  Steve, Rick and you also worked late several other days to get the tie-in’s completed according to the schedule.

I could always find Steve and Rick working on the job - I never needed to check on them to make sure they were working or wonder where they were at.  They were always on time every morning.  They were very easy to work with and were very independent workers.  I certainly will request Steve and Rick for my next project.  I really enjoyed working with them.

Mark - thanks for your entire scheduling, planning and equipment layout for this project.  You gave me a lot of good ideas on how to locate the pumps and filters.  I also appreciated your visits to the site - that was very helpful for me because it gave me a chance to ask questions while you were here. You had a huge contribution in leading the project to its successful turnout!

L'Oreal, Angela Kofoed

The following is a copy of a letter that our sales rep, Dan Glenn, recently received from Angela Kofoed of L'Oreal, regarding our recent installation of their new Bulk Base Distribution System:

Hello Dan,
I just wanted to write and let you know that we feel the bulk base distribution install went smoothly.  L'Oreal is very demanding and a lot of work needed to be done in a short amount of time and I am happy to say that all was completed on schedule.  You and your team have done a great job.  And Dan, I really appreciate all of your hard work to make sure that this part of the project was pulled together.

I also wanted to let you know that I, along with the rest of the team here in Florence, am very pleased with Dave Snyder and his teams work.  He really did a great job scheduling and making sure that the project stayed on track.  There were a couple of instances when things were ordered late and Dave jumped through a few hoops to make sure that it was in by the time we needed it.  Him and his team gave 110% and went the extra mile to make sure
that everything worked properly and was laid out to our specifications.    

Overall, we are pleased with the Bulk Base Distribution install and I am very happy that we have a new relationship with Rodem.
