Nancy Finke is the youngest of the four Diener siblings who compose Rodem’s Board of Directors, and an owner of Rodem.  Nancy is from the Cincinnati, Ohio area, where she grew up immersed in the dairy industry as a part of Rodem at an early age. Now as Rodem’s Chief Communication Officer (CCO), Nancy is proud to play an active role by helping Rodem support the processors who feed, nourish, and heal America.  

Through her role, Nancy works to strengthen the mission of Rodem and ensure our company values are at the heart of all we do, all while supporting effective flow of communication within Rodem.  With a passion for corporate communication and company culture, Nancy is committed to enabling cohesive collaboration among Rodem’s teams.  Nancy also serves as part of the Board of Directors to support and oversee the strategic direction and leadership of Rodem.
