Originally hired as part of our inside sales team in 2006, Karen now serves as the CSR Team Leader and Manager out of the Headquarter’s office in Cincinnati, Ohio. Her role consists of overseeing and supporting our customer service representatives at each of our locations and serving as Account Manager for some key Rodem customers. Her industry insight, efficiency and hard work ethic make her a proven asset to both our sales team and customers alike.
